OKX will launch SEI/USDⓈ for spot trading

To support the growth of the USDⓈ ecosystem and meet our users’ diverse trading needs, OKX is introducing the following USDC trading pairs in our spot trading at 9:00 am UTC on November 14, 2025:

Rules for spot trading opening
Order limits: In order to protect traders from price volatility at the opening of spot trading, OKX will impose the following restrictions on orders during the first 5 minutes of trading:

1. No market orders allowed.

2. Each limit order must not exceed 10,000 USD in value.

These restrictions will be lifted after the first 5 minutes of trading.
