Poloniex to Support the Arbitrum(ARB),Qtum Blockchain (QTUM) and BNB Smart Chain(BEP20) Network Upgrades

Dear Poloniex Users,

Poloniex will support the Arbitrum(ARB),Qtum Blockchain (QTUM) and BNB Smart Chain(BEP20) Network Upgrades with the following plan:

Poloniex will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for ARB at 15:00:00(UTC) on January 8, 2025;

Poloniex will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for QTUM at 15:30:00(UTC) on January 11, 2025;

Poloniex will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for BNB Smart Chain(BEP20)  at 02:00:00(UTC) on January 14, 2025;

You may deposit ARB, QTUM and BNB Smart Chain(BEP20) in advance. Poloniex will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

Please note:

● The Arbitrum(ARB) Network Upgrade will take place at 17:00:00 （UTC) on January 8, 2026; The Qtum Blockchain(QTUM) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of 5483000 approximately at 17:24:00 (UTC) on January 11, 2025; The BNB Smart Chain(BEP20) Network Upgrade will take place at 02:30:00 (UTC) on January 14, 2025;

● The trading of ARB, QTUM and BNB Smart Chain(BEP20) will not be affected during the network upgrades.

● The network upgrades will not result in creation of new tokens.

● Poloniex will resume deposits and withdrawals for ARB, QTUM and BNB Smart Chain(BEP20) once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, which will not be further announced.
