▶ Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Participation

• Each participant must be a registered user of ProBit Global and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification using their own legal identity.
• Only one account per individual is permitted to participate in the event.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification for more than one account — even if only one of those accounts is used to participate — will result in automatic and permanent disqualification from the event.
•  Multiple KYC submissions by a single individual are strictly prohibited.
• Participation using stolen, borrowed, or fake identity information will be considered fraud.
• To be eligible to win the iPhone 16 256 GB prize, participants must achieve a minimum trading volume of 100,000 USDT during the event period.
• To be eligible to win the Tangem Wallet 2 Card Set, participants must achieve a minimum trading volume of 50,000 USDT during the event period.

2. Prize Distribution

• Physical (tangible) prize winners must respond to the notification email with a valid and complete shipping address within 30 days of being contacted.
• If a winner fails to provide a proper address or does not respond within the deadline, the prize will be considered forfeited without notice.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.

3. Fraud Prevention & Disqualification

• Fraudulent activities include (but are not limited to):

• Creating or using multiple accounts per individual
• Submitting KYC for more than one account per person
• Participating through shared devices or proxy IPs to mask identity or location
• Using third-party or synthetic identities for KYC or participation

• If a participant is found to have submitted KYC for more than one account, they will be immediately and permanently disqualified, and all rewards will be forfeited.
• ProBit Global has a zero-tolerance policy on identity fraud and multi-account abuse.

4. Rights Reserved by ProBit Global

• ProBit Global reserves the sole and absolute right to determine participant eligibility, detect fraud, disqualify users, and interpret event rules.
• ProBit Global may modify, suspend, or cancel the event at any time in the case of abuse, security issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the case of any disputes, ProBit Global’s decision shall be final and binding.

5. General Event Rules

• A minimum of 500 PROB must be staked to join all trading competitions.
• Users’ staked PROB must be maintained and may not be decreased during the competition duration.
• Trading competition rankings are determined according to the total trading volume, converted into USDT.
• There may be differences between the leaderboard and the actual results due to periodically updated rankings.
• Rewards will be distributed to ProBit Global wallets within two weeks after the end of the Trading Competition.
• ProBit Global reserves the right to disqualify event participants involved in abusive activities, including creating multiple accounts or engaging in internal trading.
• ProBit Global reserves the right to cancel or amend the event rules with sole discretion.
• ProBit Global reserves the right to the final interpretation of the results of these events.
• In the case of a tie, the PROB holding amount will be used to determine the winner.

Event Reward Delivery & Anti-Fraud Policy

• Reward Delivery

• Tangible prize winners must reply to the notification email with a valid shipping address within 30 days. Failure to do so or submission of an incomplete or incorrect address will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.

• Anti-Fraud Policy

• Each participant is allowed to participate with only one account. Creating multiple accounts or participating from multiple accounts, including completing KYC (Know Your Customer) for more than one account, is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification is mandatory for prize eligibility. If a participant uses another person’s identity or information, it will be considered fraudulent behavior.
• In case of any suspected fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple identities, devices, or IP manipulation, the participant may be disqualified from the event and any rewards may be withheld or revoked.
• The organizer reserves the sole and final right to determine what constitutes fraudulent participation and to take appropriate action, including permanent disqualification from future events.
