Announcement on BigONE Will Merge the Shares of Leveraged ETF Products
Dear BigONE users,
As the unit price of leveraged ETF products BTC3S, RATS3S, BIGTIME3S, TRUMP5S, RARE3S, DOT5S, BANANA3S, NULS3S, SWARMS3S, BONK3S, IMX5S, BLZ3S, SUI3S, LAYER3S, FARTCOIN3S, VIRTUAL3S and ALPACA3S has triggered the BigONE leveraged ETF share merging mechanism. In order to improve the effectiveness of the price, we will initiate the merge on 27 April 2025 at 18:00 (GMT 8), and the shares of BTC3S, RATS3S, BIGTIME3S, TRUMP5S, RARE3S, DOT5S, BANANA3S, NULS3S, SWARMS3S, BONK3S, IMX5S, BLZ3S, SUI3S, LAYER3S, FARTCOIN3S, VIRTUAL3S and ALPACA3S will be merged separately. After the merge, the total assets of users will not be affected in any way.
The name, abbreviation, and transaction pair of the new share are the same as before the merge.
- The original 1,000 shares of BTC3S, RATS3S, BIGTIME3S, TRUMP5S, RARE3S, DOT5S, BANANA3S, NULS3S, SWARMS3S, BONK3S, IMX5S, BLZ3S, SUI3S, LAYER3S and FARTCOIN3S, VIRTUAL3S with the new share of the net value 1,000 times the original share. The net value conversion will be based on the net value at the time of the merge.
- The original 10,000 shares of ALPACA3S with the new share of the net value 10,000 times the original share. The net value conversion will be based on the net value at the time of the merge.
Example:
At the time of the merge, David held 1,000 BTC3S, each with a net value of 0.00351507 and a total amount of 3.51507 USDT. After the merge, David holds 1 BTC3S, each with a net value of 3.51507 and the total amount remains unchanged at 3.51507 USDT.
Note:
- During the merge, we will stop the transaction of the currency pair asset half an hour in advance (the merger process is expected to be 1 hour), and other currency pair transactions will not be affected.
- Before the merge, all users who have pending orders for the currency pairs above are requested to withdraw their orders in advance. If the orders are not withdrawn, the system will automatically cancel all orders and the relevant assets will be returned to the account.
