BigONE Supporting Polygon (POL) Network Upgrade

Dear BigONE users,

BigONE will suspend the token deposit and withdrawal services of the Polygon (POL) network at 21:00 (UTC 8) on 10 July 2025 to support its network upgrade.

Polygon (POL) will perform a network upgrade at 22:00 (UTC 8) on 10 July 2025.

Reminders:
1. During the suspension of deposit and withdrawal, users may still conduct Polygon (POL) trading.
2. Please deposit in advance, BigONE will assist users in handling any technical issues.
3. BigONE will resume the deposit and withdrawal services of Polygon (POL) tokens after the network is running stably.
