Announcement on BigONE System Maintenance Update

Dear BigONE users,

The ongoing system maintenance is nearing completion. We have successfully identified the method of attack involved in this incident and have implemented enhanced security measures to address the related vulnerabilities. The platform has now returned to stable operational status.

To ensure a safe and orderly restoration of services, we will resume functionality in stages:

• Trading Services:
  Trading will soon be resume, to prioritize the security of user orders, the order cancellation feature will be enabled first. The order placement function will be resume 30 minutes later. Please stay tuned for further notifications regarding the exact time.

• Asset Withdrawals:
  The withdrawal function will be resume at a selected time once the system is confirmed to be operating smoothly. A separate announcement will provide the specific resuming schedule.

• Financial Products:
  Withdrawals for financial products remain temporarily suspended. Funds from fixed-term maturities and structured product settlements will be credited directly to users’ Earn accounts.

• BigONE Earn bot:
  Withdrawals via the BigONE Earn bot are currently unavailable. Funds from matured products and structured settlements will be automatically credited once withdrawal functionality is restored.
