BigONE Announcement on Supporting Moonbeam (GLMR) Swap

Dear BigONE users,

According to Moonbeam (GLMR) latest official plan, GLMR tokens will be fully migrated to the Base network. BigONE will support this smart contract swap and token migration to help platform users complete the token exchange safely and efficiently.

To ensure the smooth progress of the swap, BigONE will automatically perform the swap for users holding GLMR on the platform according to official regulations. Users do not need to take any manual actions. The specific arrangements and schedule are as follows:

• Deposits, Withdrawals and Trading
  1. The platform has suspended the deposit and withdrawal services for GLMR tokens on the Moonbeam chain. After the swap is completed and the GLMR nodes and deposit/withdrawal services on the Base network are confirmed to be stable, we will promptly resume deposit and withdrawal services for GLMR on the new network without further notice.
  2. Spot trading is unaffected: During the token swap period, GLMR spot trading services will not be affected, users can continue to trade normally.
• Token Swap Details
  1. The swap ratio is 1:1, meaning 1 GLMR on the original Moonbeam chain will be automatically swapped for 1 GLMR on the Base network.
  2. New contract address: 0xb3846fd356c2149ee8d30b0449088dc74e265459 (Base)

Reminder:
After the swap is completed, BigONE will no longer support deposits of GLMR tokens on the old chain. If you continue to deposit old chain GLMR to BigONE after deposit and withdrawal services are suspended, your assets may be permanently lost. Please be sure to verify the new contract address and deposit network carefully.
