BigONE Announcement on Supporting Cardano (ADA) Network Upgrade

Dear users,

The Cardano (ADA) network is scheduled to undergo a network upgrade on 19 July 2026, at 05:45 (UTC 8). To ensure the safety of users' assets and the stability of platform services during the upgrade, BigONE has suspended deposit and withdrawal services on the ADA network.

Reminders：

• During the ADA network upgrade, trading services for ADA and related tokens will not be affected, and users can trade normally.
• This network upgrade is not expected to result in a hard fork.
• BigONE will continuously monitor the progress of the network upgrade and will automatically resume deposit and withdrawal services once the ADA network upgrade is completed and stable, without further notice.
