Binance VIP Program Upgrade: Enjoy VIP 9 Equivalent Spot Trading Fees

Binance is upgrading the fee structure of the Binance VIP Program, which will be effective from 2022-06-01 08:00 AM (UTC). All VIP 4 and above users will be able to enjoy the VIP 9 equivalent spot trading fees when they meet the requirements against their corresponding VIP levels. Please refer to the table below for more details.

** Daily Average BNB Balance Calculation Mechanism Update: BNB staked in Locked Staking and DeFi Staking will be counted toward users’ daily average BNB calculation mechanism. The update will be effective from 2022-06-16 (UTC).

Daily Average Locked Staking Account Balance is calculated as the sum of the hourly snapshots of the BNB balance in the Locked Staking Account in a day divided by 24 (hours).
Daily Average DeFi Staking Account Balance is calculated as the sum of the hourly snapshots of the BNB balance in the DeFi Staking Account in a day divided by 24 (hours).

Terms and Conditions:

All users must complete KYC to be eligible for the upgrade.
The upgrade applies to VIP 4 and above users only. Users should maintain the VIP 4 level at least to be eligible. If users’ VIP levels are upgraded to VIP 4 or above via VIP upgrade voucher whereas the users’ VIP levels are below VIP 4 based on their last 30-day spot trading volume (or futures trading volume), and BNB holdings, then the users are NOT eligible for this upgrade.
If users with lower VIP levels upgrade to VIP 4 or above based on their last 30-day spot trading volume (or futures trading volume), and BNB holdings during the activity period, they will be eligible for the program upgrade automatically on the next day of VIP level upgrade.
The upgrade applies to users’ spot trading fees only. Eligible users shall enjoy the VIP 9 equivalent spot trading fees starting from 2022-06-01 08:00 AM (UTC) until further notice.
Futures trading fees, margin borrowing interests and limits and OTC Loan limits will remain unchanged for each VIP level.
User’s VIP level will be determined by the user's last 30-day spot trading volume (or futures trading volume), and BNB holdings.
Users who have already participated in the VIP Invitation Program are eligible to participate in this activity.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the program or program rules at its sole discretion.
