How to Participate:

• The first 13,900 new users who register for a Binance account via the Golden Egg Giveaway welcome gift link and complete identity verification during the Activity Period will each qualify for a welcome gift of $10 in BTC. 

• On top of that, among all qualified participants who complete the aforementioned tasks and trade a total of at least $50 equivalent on any spot and margin pair(s) during the Activity Period, Binance will select one user based on the Award Selection Rules to receive one BTC in token voucher.

Terms & Conditions

• These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in this Golden Egg Giveaway (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 

• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.

• Golden Egg Giveaway welcome gifts are limited, and will be distributed automatically on a first-come, first served basis upon qualified registration. Users from qualified regions who sign up with Binance via Golden Egg Giveaway welcome gift link during the Activity Period should complete KYC before 2024-04-30 13:00 (UTC) to claim their respective welcome gifts. 

  • Binance will use 65,000 as the BTC/USD exchange rate used for distribution. Please note that the actual value of the reward received is subject to change due to market fluctuation. 

  • Please login to Binance App and check your welcome gift received by going to Account  Center > More Services > Gift & Campaign > My Gifts. Read Terms and Conditions of Using Binance Gifts to learn more.

  • Users can only trade the tokens received from the welcome gift. The tokens cannot be withdrawn from the user’s account until the user reaches 50 USDT equivalent in total trading volume across any spot and margin trading pairs after receiving the welcome gift.

  • Upon completion of KYC and accumulation of the required total trading volume, tokens from the welcome gift will be unlocked and can be withdrawn by users starting from 07:00 (UTC) on the next day.

• The BTC token voucher reward will be distributed within 30 days after the Activity ends. 

  • Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.

  • The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent account when participating in this activity. Sub-account’s trading volume will be combined with the master account’s total trading volume. 

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, self dealing, or market manipulation).

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.

•  Binance reserves the right of final interpretation of the Activity.
