KuMining Will Suspend The \"Offset Electricity Fees\" Featur

Dear KuMining Users,

To continuously optimize and improve your mining experience, we will be adjusting and suspending the “Offset Electricity Fees” feature:

Effective 16:00, November 20, 2025 (UTC 8), KuMining will suspend the use of the “Offset Electricity Fees” feature. This adjustment will apply to all ongoing cloud mining contracts. For users who have enabled this feature, the system will automatically disable the deduction setting once the feature is suspended—no manual action is required.

If you have previously enabled and are currently using the “Offset Electricity Fees” feature, please note the following after the suspension:

You will need to continue paying electricity fees according to the mining period. Mining earnings will no longer be automatically used to offset electricity fees.
Please monitor your electricity fee balance. If electricity fees are not paid in time, mining earnings distribution will be paused. Once the outstanding electricity fee is paid, revenue distribution will resume normally. If the contract expires before unpaid electricity fees are settled, the revenue lost during this period cannot be compensated. Please ensure timely follow-up.

Please note that suspending this feature will not affect your currently active hashrate or the actual quantity of mining earnings you are entitled to receive. Should this feature be reinstated in the future, we will notify you promptly.
