Notice on Temporary Suspension of BRL Payment Services

We would like to inform you that, due to adjustments to our upstream payment service arrangements, KuCoin will temporarily suspend certain BRL payment services.

Suspension Period:

Start Time: 30 Jul 2026, 00:00 (BRT)
End Time: Until further notice

Starting from the suspension time above, the following services will be unavailable:

BRL deposits via PIX
BRL withdrawals via PIX
Selling crypto for BRL

Important Notice Regarding BRL Deposits

Please do not initiate any BRL deposits after the suspension takes effect. Deposits made after the suspension time may not be received by KuCoin, and we may be unable to recover the corresponding funds.

Available BRL Services

During this period, you may continue to use your BRL fiat balance to purchase USDT. You may also continue trading through BRL spot fiat trading pairs, such as USDT/BRL, BTC/BRL, and ETH/BRL.

Handling of Pending Orders

Deposits in “Refunding” status: These orders will be handled separately. The final resolution may include either crediting the corresponding funds to your KuCoin account or continuing the refund process.
Withdrawals in “Processing” status: For withdrawal orders where funds have not yet been successfully sent out, we will close the affected orders where applicable and return the corresponding funds to your KuCoin account.

Please rest assured that all your assets remain completely safe on KuCoin. Other payment methods and platform services will not be affected.
