Dear MEXCers,

To provide you with a better trading experience, MEXC Futures will be adjusting the funding rate settlement frequency to once every 4 hours for the following futures trading pairs, starting from 08:00, October 12, 2023 (UTC).

Settlement Time Details:

For settlements that occur every 4 hours, the funding rate settlement times (UTC) are: 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00.
For settlements that occur every 8 hours, the funding rate settlement times (UTC) are: 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00.

Important Notes:

The funding rate helps align the price of perpetual futures with the price of the underlying asset in the spot market. Funding fees are transferred between traders, and MEXC only facilitates the settlement of funding fees between long and short position holders.

MEXC Futures may further adjust the futures parameters for any futures trading pairs, including but not limited to funding rate settlement frequency and upper/lower limits.
