MEXC Will Conduct Futures System Upgrade, During Which Futures Trading Can Be Conducted as Normal (October 29)

To provide you with a better futures trading experience, the MEXC Futures market will undergo a system upgrade according to the following schedule:

Futures System Upgrade Period: 

01:00, October 29, 2023 - 01:30, October 29, 2023 (UTC)

Note: During the futures system upgrade, futures trading can be conducted normally. However, there might be a temporary delay in the data related to your futures positions, orders, and trades. You may also receive error notifications when placing orders and notice a temporary delay in the K-line chart. If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes.We recommend trying again after 5 minutes. 

Features such as crypto buying, spot trading, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers will remain unaffected.

Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses. We will announce the completion of the upgrade work as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. In the event of significant market fluctuations prior to the upgrade, the platform will adjust the upgrade schedule based on market conditions and provide timely announcements regarding any postponements or extensions.
