OKX to support CGS to CGL token migration

According to the official plan from CGS, OKX will support the token migration from CGS tokens to CGL tokens at a 1:1 ratio as per the following details:

1. CGS transfers, deposits and withdrawals will be closed at 10:00 am UTC on Feb 20.

2. All pending orders for CGS tokens will be cancelled and CGS spot trading pairs CGS/USDT will be closed at 07:00 am UTC on Feb 21.

3. A snapshot and subsequent token migration will take place at 04:00 pm UTC on Feb 21.

The snapshot will take place in both funding and trading accounts. CGL deposits, withdrawals and spot trading will open after token migration. Users will be notified of the exact opening time in a later announcement.
