Announcement of Fixed Loan Upgrade

To enhance the borrowing experience for OKX users, Fixed Loan will be upgraded starting from May 10, 2022, 6 AM UTC. Users will not be able to initiate borrowing orders during the upgrade.

Upgrade preparation: starting from May 10, 2022, 6 AM UTC

• New borrowing activities will be suspended. Existing orders will not be affected.

• Flexible Loan will operate as usual and remain accessible to borrowers.

Upgrade in progress: May 10 to May 12, 2022

• Users can invest with Fixed Loan, or manage their existing borrowing orders through collateral adjustments and redemption.

Upgrade effective: after May 12, 2022

• Web users can start borrowing and investing immediately on the web portal.

• App users need to update the app to the latest version before accessing the new Fixed Loan services.

OKX reserves the right to take urgent action in case of an emergency during the upgrade. We will inform the users of the relevant solutions and measures through announcements, emails, or other methods.
