WHAT IS OKX Video Competition Terms and Conditions

Timeline

- The campaign runs from September 29, 2022, 00:00 UTC to October 27, 2022, 23:59 UTC, during which affiliates can create and upload the video link to the campaign landing page.

- Prize Scoring & Video Rewards Results Tabulation will be calculated from September 29, 2022, 00:00 UTC to November 10, 2022, 23:59 UTC.

- Judging of entries will be from November 11, 2022, 00:00 UTC to November 25, 2022, 23:59 UTC.

- Winner announcement and prize distribution will be from November 25, 2022, 00:00 UTC to December 23, 2022, 23:59 UTC.

Affiliate Entry Requirements

Only participants who submit their video links on the campaign landing page are considered eligible and qualified participants.

Only affiliates (excluding China) are allowed to participate in this campaign.

- Get immediate affiliate approval if your YouTube channel has 5,000 followers or more.

- Your YouTube channel must be at least 1 month old from the start of the campaign.

- Your YouTube channel must have at least 4 videos from the start of the campaign.

Video Requirements

- Videos must meet all the requirements to be counted as valid entries.

- Videos must be posted during the campaign period. All videos posted outside the campaign period will be deemed invalid.

- Video length must be a minimum of 3 minutes.

- Content must be original.

- Videos can be in any language.

- To qualify for the Grand Prize, eligible videos must get more than 25K views by the end of the campaign.

- To qualify for Rewards & Prizes, eligible videos must have a minimum of 500 views 50 likes by the end of the campaign.

- Videos that are deleted during/after the campaign or used previously in other campaigns will be deemed ineligible. OKX reserves the right to withdraw prizes for ineligible entries.

- Spammy videos or videos non-related to the competition topics will be deemed ineligible.

- Video views, likes, and comments will only be counted from participants' YouTube channels.

- Each participant is only eligible to receive any Reward and Prize once, regardless of the number of video submissions.

1. Video Rewards

- Qualified videos are videos that have a minimum of 500 views and 50 likes by the end of the campaign.
- New affiliated users are users who sign up with an affiliate link or affiliate code and complete their registration on OKX.
- First-time depositors are users who make a first-time deposit of $50 within the campaign period. The deposit method cannot be via internal wallet transfer.
- First-time traders are users who make a first-time trade in spot or derivatives within the campaign period.
- Any eligible video will be rewarded with a minimum of 50 USDT and up to 400 USDT based on your rank.
- Affiliates are allowed to submit an unlimited number of videos, but only the top video entry from each of the 3 different topics will be entitled to Rewards & Prizes.
- Affiliates who opt for Paid Videos will not be entitled to Video Rewards.

1. Early Bird Prizes

Upload videos as early as possible. The first 20 submitted videos with more than 2,000 views and 100 likes will be entitled to an Early Bird Prize of 200 USDT. Each affiliate is only entitled to one early bird prize regardless of the number of submitted videos.

Disclaimer

- By participating in this campaign, the video ownership will belong to the Participants, but Participants agree to transfer the copyright of the submitted videos to OKX. Participants grant OKX the rights to use the submitted videos, including but not limited to copying, editing, displaying, and publishing.
- Only the assets supported by OKX are eligible for this campaign.
- All Participants must strictly abide by the OKX Terms of Service.
- OKX reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who engages in dishonest or abusive activities during this campaign, violates the campaign terms and conditions, violates the rules of trading governed by local regulatory authorities, or any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- If any Participant is discovered or deemed to be ineligible for this campaign for any reason, or is prohibited or disqualified, OKX is entitled at any time: to forfeit, withdraw, or withhold any reward; or where the reward has been paid out and/or utilized, to reclaim such reward and/or deduct the value of the utilized portion of such reward from the winner's OKX account in any currency.
- OKX will strictly monitor the affiliate invitation behavior. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any user who engages in dishonest or abusive activities during this campaign, including but not limited to bulk-account registrations to farm additional rewards and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may cause your affiliate status to be downgraded or even frozen.
- OKX shall take no liabilities for any claim, loss, damage, and cost incurred by any Participant in relation to this campaign.
- Employees of OKX or their related corporations may not participate in this campaign and will be ineligible to receive any prizes under this campaign.
- OKX reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice.
- OKX reserves the right to final interpretation of this campaign.
- Each Participant who enters or participates in any aspect of this campaign represents and acknowledges that one has read and understood these terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all decisions of OKX without limitation or qualification.
