Origin Protocol(OGN)

• According to the foundation, the integration of Origin Protocol(OGN) with Origin DeFi Governance(OGV), the governance token of Origin's DeFi ecosystem, is scheduled for May. Please be aware of potential price volatility in Origin Protocol(OGN).

[Integration of Origin Protocol(OGN) and Origin DeFi Governance(OGV)]

• On April 3, 2024, the Origin Protocol(OGN) Foundation proposed a governance motion to integrate OGN with Origin's DeFi ecosystem governance token, Origin DeFi Governance(OGV).
• The proposal was approved in a governance vote by OGN holders on April 10, 2024, and similarly by OGV holders on April 17, 2024.
• According to the Origin Protocol(OGN) Foundation, following this integration decision, OGV will be swapped at a rate of 0.09137 OGN per OGV, and after the swap, the maximum issuance of OGN will increase from 1,000,000,000 OGN to 1,409,664,846 OGN.*Planned token swap rate: 1 OGV = 0.09137 OGN*Details related to changes in maximum issuance and circulation after the token swap are available in the governance item proposed by the foundation here.
