Announcement on System Upgrade Maintenance (2025/5/19)

Dear BigONE users,

We will be conducting a system upgrade maintenance on 20 May 2025 at 06:00 (GMT 8). The estimated maintenance time is 1 hour. The scope of this maintenance includes Spot Trading, Margin Trading, Leveraged ETF, Liquidity Mining, Quantitative Trading, as well as transfers involving spot and margin accounts will be unavailable.

After the maintenance is completed, we will inform you with an official announcement, and reserve 10 minutes for order cancellation. After 10 minutes, all system services will be officially opened. All matters are subject to the official announcement.

During the maintenance period, your assets will be well secure. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during this period.
