Announcement on Full Refund of Funds for AngelONE Project SpaceX (SPCX)

Dear BigONE Users,

Previously, BigONE offered users a subscription channel for the SpaceX (SPCX) IPO through the third-party tokenized stock issuer xStocks. As of the evening of June 12 (UTC 8), BigONE has not received any allocation from the issuer. It is understood that BigONE is not the only platform affected, multiple platforms participating through this channel have also not received any allocation.

Resolution Plan:

• Full Refund: We will refund 100% of your subscription funds to your account via the original payment method within 4 hours. No action is required on your part.
• Refund Confirmation: Once the refund has been processed, you can view the returned funds in your asset account.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to the issuer’s reasons.
