BigONE Prediction Market User Agreement Supplement and Rules Explanation

1. Order Placement: Uses an “all or nothing” matching method, minimum single order of 2 USDT. If the entire order cannot be filled, a full refund will be issued with no fees deducted.
2. Settlement: Each winning share is fixedly redeemed for 1 USDT (excluding fees). After the event ends, the final result is automatically determined by an on-chain oracle, and the platform cannot intervene in the settlement outcome.
3. Fees: BigONE places orders on your behalf in the international prediction market and charges a 0.5% transaction fee 0.5% currency conversion fee (total 1%) based on the transaction amount; both buying and selling are charged at this rate. The order pop-up will display the actual amount once. No fees are charged for failed orders.
4. Assets: All displays and payments are denominated in USDT. The cost of currency conversion involved in backend execution and reconciliation is included in the above 0.5% currency conversion fee; any minor remaining differences are borne by the platform.
5. Disputes: If you have significant objections to the settlement results, please submit a ticket. The platform will assist in verifying on-chain data but cannot change the settlement outcome.

• Execution: Orders are submitted at the best available price on the international prediction market at the time; the final transaction price and shares are subject to actual matching; market orders may experience slippage during volatile conditions, and limit orders do not guarantee execution.
• Finality of Transactions: Once an order is filled, it is final. BigONE cannot revoke, roll back, or refund (including wrong direction or wrong market selections); refunds are only made proportionally if the related market is invalidated.
• Market Abnormalities: BigONE is not responsible for market manipulation, wash trading, insufficient liquidity, abnormal prices, or if a third-party market suspends, modifies, invalidates, or terminates any market; in case of upstream abnormal settlements, your results are subject to upstream rulings, and refunds are limited to upstream actual returns.

• Restricted Regions: This service is not available to users in the United States and other restricted countries/regions announced by BigONE from time to time; you must ensure that participation is legal in your location. BigONE reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service.
• Upstream Rules Apply: Your participation is also subject to the rules, fees, and settlement/dispute resolution processes of the third-party international prediction market where the order is actually executed.
• Not Investment Advice: Odds, prices, implied probabilities, and other information displayed by the platform are for reference only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice.
• Applicable Terms: This explanation is a supplementary clause and applies together with the BigONE User Agreement and Risk Disclosure; in case of conflict, the provisions regarding the prediction market in this explanation shall prevail.
