Notice on Temporary Maintenance of BRL Payment Services

We would like to inform you that, due to a system upgrade by our payment service providers, BRL payment services are currently undergoing temporary maintenance.

Maintenance Period:

• Start Time: 15 Jul 2026, 03:00 (BRT)
• End Time: To be announced in a separate service restoration notice

During the maintenance period, the following services may be temporarily unavailable or transactions may fail to be processed successfully:

• PIX deposits in BRL
• PIX withdrawals in BRL
• Crypto purchases using BRL balances
• Selling crypto for BRL

Please note the following:

• Deposits: Please refrain from initiating PIX deposits during the maintenance period, as the corresponding BRL funds may not be credited to your KuCoin account, and affected deposit orders may remain in the “Refunding” status.
• Withdrawals: Certain withdrawal orders submitted before the maintenance began may remain in the “Processing” status and may not be completed successfully.
• Once the service has been restored, we will process the affected refunds and pending withdrawal orders as soon as possible.

Please note that BRL spot fiat trading pairs are not affected by this maintenance. Users may continue trading spot pairs such as USDT/BRL, BTC/BRL, and ETH/BRL as usual.

Please rest assured that all your assets remain completely safe on KuCoin. We are closely monitoring the maintenance progress in coordination with the relevant service providers and will provide further updates as they become available.
