Plus, it enables secure, low-latency cross-rollup communication, solving major challenges for L2 builders. This collaboration between NEAR and EigenLayer will reduce liquidity fragmentation between Layer-2s, allowing them to make independent decisions about their sequencers, all while retaining Ethereum's security guarantees.
