Dawn(DAWN) Delist By Upbit

We would like to inform you of the termination of market support for Dawn Protocol(DAWN), Refereum(RFR), Maro(MARO).

• Termination of market support for digital assets is grounded on Upbit's policy on the termination of market support for digital assets.

• Market support for DAWN, RFR, MARO will be terminated at 2023-09-26 16:00 KST
• Upon the termination of market support, orders (buy / sell) in the market requested prior to the termination of market support will be cancelled.
• After this notice, Upbit will not support services for the digital asset whose market support is to be terminated. This includes services for airdrop, wallet upgrade, hard fork, etc.

[Termination of market support]

1) Dawn Protocol(DAWN)

• Market : DAWN/KRW, DAWN/BTC
• Termination schedule : 2023-09-26 16:00 (KST)
• Reason for the termination of market support
• Upbit flagged an investment warning on DAWN on August 29th, 2023, and requested an explanation from the project team. This was due to DAWN receiving consistently low evaluations in internal assessments and the project team repeatedly failing to comply with information submission requests for investor protection. However, DAWN team did not provide sufficient explanation. Upbit determined that the reason for the investment warning on DAWN had not been resolved, and as a result, decided to terminate market support in accordance with the Upbit Market Investment Warning and Termination of Market Support Policy.

2) Refereum(RFR)

• Market : RFR/KRW, RFR/BTC
• Termination schedule : 2023-09-26 16:00 (KST)
• Reason for the termination of market support
• Upbit flagged an investment warning on RFR on August 29th, 2023, and requested an explanation from the project team. This was due to RFR receiving consistently low evaluations in internal assessments and the project repeatedly failing to comply with information submission requests for investor protection. However, RFR team did not provide sufficient explanation. Upbit determined that the reason for the investment warning on RFR had not been resolved, and as a result, decided to terminate market support in accordance with the Upbit Market Investment Warning and Termination of Market Support Policy.

3) Maro(MARO)

• Market : MARO/BTC
• Termination schedule : 2023-09-26 16:00 (KST)
• Reason for the termination of market support
• Upbit flagged an investment warning on MARO on August 29th, 2023 and requested an explanation from the project team. This was due to MARO receiving consistently low evaluations in internal assessments, as well as reasons such as violation of the circulation plan and inadequate circulation management ability of the project.
• MARO has received multiple warnings for violating the circulation plan, despite the violation not being severe. Additionally, during the clarification process, errors were found in the information submitted by the MARO team, and there was inconsistency in important information regarding circulation.
• Upbit determined that the reason for the investment warning on MARO had not been resolved, and as a result, decided to terminate trading support in accordance with the Upbit Market Investment Warning and Termination of Market Support Policy.

Even if market support for the digital asset gets terminated, withdrawals will be supported for 30 days (~ 2023-10-26) from the date of termination in accordance with Upbit's Policy on the termination of market support.
In case you need withdrawal, please make sure to do so before 2023-10-26
*If you deposit or mistakenly transfer assets that are no longer supported, the deposit will not be reflected and it may take a very long time to return the assets due to technical reasons after the withdrawal support period has ended. Therefore, please be careful when making deposits or transfers.
